We drive over the bridge from Wales specifically to visit *this* Tortilla.. We’re down bad. Seriously, the service is always brilliant (shout out to Lottie, you’re a superstar, always lovely to talk to and they honestly need to pay you more, you’re a gem of a human being. One of my favourite healthy fast food places ever!! The food is of great quality especially for the price. I love that I can always bring my my laptop, and study in a corner with relaxing music playing in the background. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff go above an beyond to create a quality customer experience Deffo the place to come for a meal or a healthy snack
Lotti was amazing as was her male colleague who explained what everything was , he was very patient with us. Great atmosphere , delicious , big portion food .. very satisfied
We've never had a bad experience here, and we eat here a lot. The Naked Burritos are our favourites. It can get super busy at lunchtime (when they are also making up orders for delivery services) so we usually go for a late lunch or early dinner.
Great service by Lottie and the team. Food was fresh and soooo tasty. Nice. Found the place by chance, whilst passing through heading down south.. had too pop in on the return trip. Worth it. hope they open in our home town sometime soon.

I had an amazing experience at Tortilla! The restaurant was nice and clean, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. A special shoutout to Lottie, who provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly nice and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. I ordered an open burrito with chicken, which is halal, and it was absolutely delicious. The combination of Chipotle cheese sauce, extra cheese, and spicy sauce created a burst of flavors in every bite. I highly recommend choosing the tomato rice over the coriander rice – it really enhanced the dish. Additionally, they offer a 10% discount for NHS staff. Just show your card, and you’re all set! Overall, I had a fantastic meal and will definitely be coming back!
The best burritos around and even better when free on National Burrito Day! Thanks Lottie and all servers there who made the queue move quickly and got us all delicious food without waiting too long. Can't wait for next year!
